If you change your mind about any purchase, you can return any of it back to us for a refund of the original purchase price (minus postage costs) within 60 days of you receiving them. The item must be unused & unworn to qualify. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs back to us and we strongly suggest using a track-able service so that you can be sure it has been delivered back to us safely. If we have made an error with your order, we will happily reimburse any return shipping costs. If an item has been damaged during delivery, we will require photographic evidence so that we can file a claim against the mail couriers. Any replacement item will be 100% exact to the original order placed. For example, you will not be able to change size or design on replacement items. If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We’ll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
