At DecalsHouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our clear policy on how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.
1. Return & Exchange Window

Period: You have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

Condition: We accept returns/exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Custom Goods: Custom-made stickers and decals are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there was a production error.
2. Exchanges If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or size:

Process: Please contact us at support@decalshouse.co.uk to notify us of the exchange request.

Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will manufacture and ship your new replacement item.

Difference in Price: If the new item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or send an invoice for the remaining balance before shipping the exchange.
