Refunds / Return Policy

At DecalsHouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below is our clear policy on how we handle returns, refunds, and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Window

  • Period: You have 60 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return or exchange.

  • Condition: We accept returns/exchanges for both defective and non-defective products. Items must be in new condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Custom Goods: Custom-made stickers and decals are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there was a production error.

2. Exchanges If you would like to exchange your item for a different design or size:

  • Process: Please contact us at support@decalshouse.co.uk to notify us of the exchange request.

  • Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the original item back to us. Once received and inspected, we will manufacture and ship your new replacement item.

  • Difference in Price: If the new item has a different price, we will either refund the difference or send an invoice for the remaining balance before shipping the exchange.

3. Return Process

4. Fees & Refunds

  • Restocking Fee: We do not charge any restocking fees (£0.00 / $0.00).

5. Damaged or Defective Items If an item has been damaged during delivery, please provide photographic evidence. We will provide a 100% free replacement or full refund for verified damaged goods.
