Our Location & Origin

DecalsHouse operates on a .co.uk domain to provide a localized shopping experience for our UK customers. All our stickers and decals are designed, manufactured, and dispatched from our production studio in Lithuania (EU), operated by MB Stickest (Registration: 306055280).

1. Handling & Cut-off Times

To ensure your order is processed quickly, we follow a strict fulfillment schedule:

  • Order Cut-off Time: 1:00 PM (GMT+02:00) Eastern European Standard Time (Vilnius).

  • Handling Time: 0–1 business days.

  • Operational Days: Monday – Saturday.

Note: Orders placed before 1:00 PM will begin processing the same business day. Orders placed after 1:00 PM or on Sundays will be processed the next business day (Monday–Saturday).

2. Estimated Delivery (Transit) Times

We ship to all destinations via Priority International Mail from Lithuania. Transit times are calculated in business days (Monday–Sunday).

3. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Priority Shipping: £3.00 (Flat Rate for all orders).

4. Shipping Method & Carriers

We use Lietuvos paštas (Lithuania Post) for all international fulfillment.

  • Delivery Guarantee: We stand behind our service. If your order does not arrive within the estimated delivery window (8 days for UK/EU or 15 days for International), please contact us at support@decalshouse.co.uk and we will resolve the issue by providing a replacement or a full refund.

5. Customs, VAT & Import Taxes

DecalsHouse is a Lithuania-based business. For transparency regarding international shipping:

  • EU Customers: No customs duties or import taxes apply (shipped within the EU).

  • UK & Non-EU Customers: Orders are shipped DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). The customer is responsible for any local import VAT or customs fees applied by their country's authorities. For UK orders under £135, local VAT or a postal handling fee may be collected by the courier upon delivery.
