Each sticker is Q2 in Audi's model lettering: a wide, rounded-square Q with a long diagonal stroke cutting through its lower right, followed by a solid 2. On the photo it is white on a red caliper, angled along the outer face.

There are six stickers on a heat-resistant film for painted calipers — one per caliper and two spare. Wipe each caliper with brake cleaner, let it dry and cool, then press the sticker down hard from the Q through to the 2.
