Swallowtail banners, with a V cut into the hem, were carried by knights and companies in medieval Europe, and Andorra itself dates back to that world: its co-princes, the Bishop of Urgell and today the President of France, go back to an agreement of 1278.

This banner hangs from a thin gold rod with arrowhead tips. The blue, yellow and red bands fall in soft folds, the coat of arms sits in the yellow band, and a deep V is cut up from the bottom so the banner ends in two pointed tails. Among the hanging-banner designs in this range, it sits between the single-point pennants and the three-point zigzag banner.

Both stickers are printed in full colour on glossy vinyl and cut round the tails and rod. Line the rod up level, peel the backing and press each one down from the top to the tails.
