Compared with the wreath, rifle and slouch-hat designs in this Anzac range, this one lets the flowers speak: a generous cluster of large red poppies with black centres and broad green leaves, with ANZAC DAY in dark serif capitals and Lest we forget in red script tucked underneath.
Red poppies grew across the battlefields of Flanders and became the symbol of remembrance after the First World War, worn on both Anzac Day and Remembrance Day on 11 November. This design works for either, on a car window, a memorial frame, a lunchbox, a laptop or a classroom wall.
Both stickers are printed in full colour on glossy vinyl and cut round the flowers and lettering with a white border. Clean the surface, peel the backing and press each one down from the centre outwards.
