Compared with the bright, clean flag designs in this Austria range, this one is dark and rough. The red-white-red is dragged on in a single sweep of a dry brush, so the reds turn almost to maroon, black streaks run through them and the ends break up into ragged, splattered edges.

The white band stays visible through the middle, but the overall look is closer to a gig poster or a skate deck than a souvenir. It suits a guitar case, a laptop, a skateboard, a toolbox or the back window of a car, anywhere a cleaner flag would look too neat.

Both stickers are printed in full colour on glossy vinyl and cut round the brushstroke with a thin white border. Clean the surface, peel the backing and press each one down from the centre, then smooth the ragged ends with a fingertip.
