The cursive AirCoupe script traces back to the Ercoupe, the twin-tail, rudderless light aircraft first flown in 1937 and sold under the Aircoupe name from the 1960s. Die-cut in 19 colours, sized 10–55cm / 4–21in with a custom option to 120cm.

The AirCoupe script belongs to the Ercoupe family of light aircraft — a low-wing design created by engineer Fred Weick and first flown in 1937. Its signature feature was a cockpit with no separate rudder pedals: the yoke alone controlled both ailerons and rudder, a safety idea aimed at pilots wary of conventional handling. Production passed through several manufacturers over the decades, and in the 1960s Alon Aircraft revived the design under the "Aircoupe" name with a taller single tail fin — the version this script logo represents.

The type remains a favourite among classic and homebuilt aviation enthusiasts for its unusual handling and instantly recognisable script badge.
