This is a printed, more elaborate cousin of the die-cut Racing Style 2 decal — the same boxed-wordmark-plus-italic-script idea, but here the 'Racing' script is layered with a black and white outline for a raised effect, and the aprilia box is solid red rather than left in a single flat colour.

Printed full colour to keep the layered outline crisp, it suits RSV4 and RS 660 fairing panels and tank covers where the bolder, more finished printed look is preferred over a flat die-cut version.

The layered outline effect also holds its shape well when printed at the larger end of the size range, where a flatter script can start to look thin.
