V60 Bicilindrico is Italian shorthand for the layout underneath: a 998cc, 60-degree V-twin built for Aprilia by the Austrian firm Rotax, good for around 128bhp when the RSV Mille launched in 1998 as the company's first large-displacement sportbike.

This full-colour printed badge reproduces that engine callout in red and black exactly as it appeared on the bike's fairing, a detail worth getting right on a Mille restoration rather than substituting a generic engine sticker with the wrong wording or numbers.
