American Steel are a punk rock band out of Oakland, California, part of the East Bay scene that grew up around the same DIY, all-ages venues and independent labels that produced a run of well-known melodic punk acts through the 1990s and 2000s.

The boot in the logo

The stylised boot standing in for the space between "American" and "Steel" is the band's own graphic, not a generic add-on — this decal reproduces the wordmark and icon exactly as it appears on the band's own merchandise and record sleeves.

Die-cut, single colour, 19 options, sized 10–55cm or 4–21in. Applied with transfer tape and peeled away once bonded — no printed background layer, so the boot detail stays sharp in whichever colour is chosen.

Fits guitar cases, laptop lids, skateboard decks and van bumpers. Custom sizes up to 120cm are available.

The 2-pack gives a matching pair — one for a case, one to trade with another fan.

The same wordmark and boot pairing appears across the band's record sleeves and tour merchandise, so this decal is a direct match rather than a reinterpretation.

What You Get

  • 2 die-cut vinyl stickers per pack
  • Preset sizes 10–55cm or 4–21in, custom sizes up to 120cm
  • 19 colour options

Applied using transfer tape for a clean, flat finish, and removes cleanly without leaving residue.
