Long and low, this is the one for the edge of a surfboard, the sun strip of a windscreen, the tailgate of an estate car, the side rail of a kayak or the top of a beach-hut door. It also fits the long side of a laptop and the rim of a cool box. Where the palm-tree version in this range is tall, this one is a strip about four times wider than it is high.

The lettering is a condensed capital whose bottom third dissolves into ripples, so each letter looks reflected in a wet beach, and the gap between BEACH and LIFE is filled by two flip-flops drawn in outline, toe posts and a small hibiscus flower on each strap. The whole thing is cut as one piece, the ripples and the flip-flop outlines included, on a single sheet of transfer tape.

Two identical stickers come in each pack. At the 10cm preset the ripples are fine, so it is best from 15cm up; 30–55cm suits a sun strip or a tailgate; custom sizes to 120cm are cut for a wall or a van. Nineteen colours are available; white on tinted glass or a dark van, black on a white hut, aqua or pink for a summer look.
