The line is the chant from the comedy Ted, directed by Seth MacFarlane in 2012, in which a foul-mouthed teddy bear and his best friend sing it to get through a thunderstorm. The sticker borrows the joke for anyone who hates storms, loud weather or just the kind of day that deserves a shout at the sky.
The bear is drawn in the same cartoon manner as a stuffed toy, with round ears, a droopy face and a big pale muzzle, and it sits low on the left with its head tilted and an annoyed look in its eye. To its right the slogan is set in heavy, slightly rough block letters in two rows, ending in an exclamation mark.
It is rude on purpose, so it suits a pickup window, a toolbox, a garage fridge or a mate's motorbike rather than a school bag. The bear and the lettering are cut together on each sticker and applied with transfer tape in one go.
