Rilakkuma is the bear who does nothing on purpose. The character was created by Aimi Kondo for the Japanese stationery company San-X in 2003, and his name blends the Japanese for relax with kuma, bear. He lies on the floor, eats snacks and refuses to do much else, which is exactly why people like him.
The sticker shows him in his default pose: a huge round head resting on arms folded in front, round ears with a lighter inner shape, two white dots for eyes and a pale oval muzzle with a small Y for the nose and mouth. A smaller bear lies behind him, curled against his back. Everything is drawn as black shapes with white contours cut between them.
It is a character for a laptop lid, a phone case, a notebook, a water bottle or a bedroom wall. Two stickers come in the pack, one facing left and one facing right, so a pair can lie either side of a screen or a mirror. The contour lines are fine, so choose 8cm or more.
