It fits the same cars — the S5 Coupé, Sportback and Cabriolet across both generations — and sits along the outer face of the caliper where the badge can be read through the spokes. On the photo it is white on red, with the red showing through the outlined letters.

Six stickers come in the pack on a heat-resistant film, with a fitting guide. Clean the calipers with brake cleaner, let them cool, then press each sticker down hard and give it a few hours before a long drive.
