This is a second pennant-style cut of the Andorra flag, distinguished from its plainer sibling by a deliberately torn, ragged bottom edge rather than a clean triangular point — a weathered-flag effect rather than a fresh one.

Same flag, different finish

The colours and central coat of arms are identical to our standard Andorra pennant: blue, yellow and red bands with the quartered crest (bishop's mitre, Foix oxen, Catalan stripes, Béarn cows) under the Virtus Unita Fortior motto. The torn edge is the only real difference, and it's a real visual distinction rather than an invented one — the two are cross-linked here as a matched pair rather than treated as duplicates.
