Medieval knights rode under swallowtail pennons, narrow flags with a forked end, and Austria's own colours date from that age, when the Babenberg dukes carried a white bar on a red shield. This banner joins the two ideas.

It hangs from a thin gold rod with arrowhead tips, the red, white and red bands falling in soft folds with a darker shadow under the rod. A deep V is cut up into the lower red band, leaving two pointed tails. Among the hanging banners in this range it sits between the single-point banner and the three-point banner.

Both stickers are printed in full colour on glossy vinyl and cut round the tails and rod. Line the rod up level, peel the backing and press each one down from the top to the tails.
