The RST1000 Futura paired a 998cc V-twin borrowed from the RSV Mille with a large touring fairing and hard luggage, designed by former Bimota engineer Pierluigi Marconi to rival Honda's VFR800. It sold from 2001 until production wound down by 2005.
This is the model's plain outline wordmark, cut flat in a single colour for a fairing panel or tank cover where the original decal has faded during a restoration.
The single-sided swingarm and underseat exhaust that gave the Futura its distinctive silhouette are part of why the model still has a following among sport-touring riders today.
Values for clean, unmodified examples have climbed steadily among enthusiasts in recent years, part of why replacement graphics like this remain in demand.
