Mintex, the British brake-lining maker from Yorkshire, lent its name to one of the UK's long-running international rallies through the late 1970s and 80s. This sticker reproduces the graphic issued for the Yorkshire round held 22–24 February 1979 — red and black lettering set inside a rounded bordered box, with ‘RALLY’ spelled out in bold outline type beside the Mintex wordmark.

What You Get

  • 2 stickers included per pack
  • Printed vinyl, glossy finish, 5–50cm / 2–20in sizes, custom sizes to 120cm on request
  • Peel-and-stick application — no transfer tape required
  • Full-colour print cut to the sticker's outline

Suits the same toolbox, helmet case or garage board as the store's other vintage UK rally decals from the same period, and works well paired with the 1979 Marlboro International Trophy and Mopar Manx Rally stickers from the same year's calendar.

A sponsor's-eye view of a 1979 rally weekend

Component and consumables brands like Mintex used event stickers as cheap, effective trackside advertising — handed out to spectators and slapped on service vans and support cars long before digital sponsorship existed.
