Each sticker is a single piece of cut vinyl: the oval ring, the four letters with their full stops, the line and hook, and the fish head are all joined on one sheet of transfer tape, and the inside of the oval is open so the surface shows through. At the 10cm preset the badge is about 8cm wide, a bumper-sticker size; at 20cm it suits a tailgate or a cooler; custom sizes to 120cm are cut for a boat or a shop window.
The design follows the format of the oval country and place stickers seen on car bumpers, with W.I.N. where the letters would normally stand for a place. Here they sit over a fishing motif: a line curving down to a barbed hook, and a half-fish, head and eye only, coming for it. The letters are a slab serif with wide spacing, so the whole thing reads as a club or tournament badge.
Two identical stickers come in each pack. The solid-fill version of the same badge, white lettering on a black oval, is sold separately; this outline version is the lighter of the two and suits glass and pale paint, where a black outline reads like a printed decal. Nineteen colours are available.
