The joke is old and simple: a classic cartoon bomb with a curved fuse and a spark at the end, wearing the BMW roundel instead of a skull. It is the sort of sticker that goes on the back window of a car that has been driven hard, or on a mate's toolbox as a prank.
The roundel is drawn in the usual quartered layout, with open quadrants where the paint or glass shows through, and the letters B, M and W spaced around the ring. The fuse curls out of a square stub at the top and trails down the right side to a small star-shaped spark, so the shape is wider at the bottom than at the top.
Because the bomb is a solid body, it reads at a distance and survives being cut small. Pick white on dark glass or black on a light panel for the strongest contrast.
