Bears stand up to look around, and this is how it looks when they do. The weight is on the hind feet, the back curves smoothly from rump to shoulder, and the front paws come up in front of the chest with the claws just visible as small points. The head is lifted and the muzzle points forward, the pose of an animal reading the wind.
It is a more upright and quieter drawing than the snarling bears in the range. The outline is a single smooth curve with only the paws and the ear to break it, so it looks good both small and large. One bear faces right, one faces left.
Put them on either side of a rear window, one above each wheel arch, or flanking a cabin or camp sign. They are tall enough at 40cm to read on a door from across a car park, and at 10cm they are a neat badge for a hat or a bottle.
