The other has curved, serrated wings that sweep forward; this one is built from straight lines, the wings running out almost level to sharp tips with just two spikes beneath each. It is the more geometric of the pair, closer to a stencil, and it cuts and weeds more cleanly at small sizes because there are fewer points to catch.
