Oval country stickers are a familiar sight on European cars, usually a white ellipse with black letters on the rear. This one takes that format and swaps the letters for the flag: a horizontal gold-rimmed oval with the black, yellow and red bands running through it, and a pair of forked gold ribbons hanging from the base.

The oval is lightly domed with a bright curved highlight across the yellow and red, so it reads like a glass cabochon set into gold. The bands are cut on the curve at each end, giving the flag a fuller, softer look than a rectangle, and the gold rim is thin enough that the colours stay the focus.

It fits where a landscape shape is wanted: a rear window, a caravan panel, a toolbox or a laptop palm rest. The ribbons add a ceremonial touch, so it looks best where there is room for them to hang. Printed in full colour on glossy vinyl, cut round the oval and ribbons with a fine white edge. Two identical stickers per pack.
