This is a coolant service label, not a racing logo. The design is a rounded rectangle split into three bands: FILLED WITH in white on a navy bar at the top, a white middle section holding BLUECOL in large navy capitals with for all engines underneath in red, and DO NOT DRAIN in white on a navy bar at the bottom.
Bluecol is an engine coolant and antifreeze, and a label like this tells whoever opens the bonnet next what is in the system. Place it on the inside of the bonnet, the radiator panel or the side of the expansion tank housing. A small quail-style bird with a red cap stands at the right of the name.
Classic car owners, garages and restorers use labels like this to keep engine bays period-correct or simply to leave a clear instruction. The printed face is navy, red and white on a pale background, so it stays easy to read even at the small end of the size range.
