The Debonair is Beechcraft's single-engine, four-seat sibling of the V-tail Bonanza, built with a conventional tail from the late 1950s, and the number that follows its name here, 285, marks the later, more powerful version. The lettering gives it a script worthy of the name, as the word itself means smart and stylish.
It is a flowing, brush-written italic: a large looped D, a run of joined lowercase letters that lean right, and a heavy 285 set in the same hand. Because the line varies from thick to thin, the sticker looks like a signature on the fuselage rather than a printed label, and the thin hairline joins need the transfer tape to hold them in place during application.
It suits a cowling, a baggage door, a hangar or a pilot's flight case, and the pack holds two identical stickers for both sides.
