Sized and shaped for the flat panels a heavy truck actually has: cab doors, the wind deflector above the screen, the air dam under the bumper, mudflaps, side skirts and the rear barn doors of a box body. The wordmark is a long, low shape, so it works best on a run of panel that is wider than it is tall — which is most of a tractor unit.
The Actros is Mercedes-Benz's long-haul truck, introduced in 1996 to replace the SK and rebuilt through several generations since. It has been the backbone of a lot of European fleets, and the name is written on the cab in this heavy italic with an oversized A leading into smaller capitals — reproduced here at the proportions of the original rather than reset in a lookalike font.
How they are made
What You Get
- 2 die-cut vinyl stickers per pack, cut to the letter shapes with no background
- Preset sizes 10–55cm / 4–21in, custom sizing to 120cm for full door-width runs
- 19 colours including white, black, silver and gold
- Applied with transfer tape, removable without residue
Because they are cut rather than printed, the surface colour shows through around each letter, which is why white or silver tends to work best on a dark cab and black on a white one. For larger truck and trailer lettering, custom sizing runs to 120cm; the rest of the range sits under vehicle decals.
