The great barracuda is the ambush predator of warm reef water, a torpedo of a fish that can top 1.5 metres and strikes in a single burst of speed. Anglers meet it from the Florida Keys and the Bahamas down through the Caribbean, usually on the troll or on a fast-worked tube lure, and it fights with runs and head-shakes rather than deep dives.
This cut captures the things that make it unmistakable: the jutting lower jaw and needle teeth, the small eye set well forward, the two dorsal fins separated by a long stretch of back, the row of dark blotches along the lower sides and the big forked tail. Every one of those marks is cut as a separate piece of vinyl, so the sticker reads as a barracuda at a glance and from a distance.
The pair is mirrored, which matters on a boat: one fish swims towards the bow on the port side and the other on starboard. On a truck they work either side of the rear window, and a single one looks right on a cooler lid, a tackle box or a kayak hatch. Pick one of the 19 colours to contrast the surface; silver or white on a dark hull looks closest to the real thing.
