Does the shape survive at 5cm? That is the practical question with any bordered badge, and this is the design in the range that answers it best. Every edge here is straight — a flat top, straight sides, two angled cuts meeting at the base — so there is no curve to soften into a blob when the sticker is printed small. The rounded and pointed shields lose definition first; this one keeps its outline.
The flat top also gives it a use the others do not have: it sits square under a horizontal line, so it can be tucked directly beneath a window rubber, a shelf edge, a panel seam or the lip of a case without leaving an awkward gap.
Inside the gold border sits the ceremonial flag — celeste, white and celeste — with the Sol de Mayo in the centre. The sun bears a human face modelled on Inti, the Inca sun god, and thirty-two rays alternating straight and wavy. It marks the May Revolution of 1810 and was added to the flag in 1818, Manuel Belgrano having created the banded original in 1812.
