Two identical stickers per pack, printed in full colour on glossy vinyl and contour cut around all four corners of the diamond and both ribbon tails. Sizes from 5–50cm / 2–20in, measured corner to corner. Peel the backing away and press them down — printed stickers carry no transfer tape.
Turning the badge 45 degrees does something specific to the flag inside it: the black and green bands lose most of their area to the corners, and the red centre band — the one carrying the white emblem — ends up occupying the widest part of the shape. The emblem therefore sits larger here relative to the badge than it does in the round or oval versions, which makes this a good pick if the emblem is the part you actually want to see.
That emblem shows a mosque head-on: the arch at its centre is the mihrab, marking the direction of Mecca, and the stepped structure beside it is the minbar, the pulpit. Sheaves of wheat wreathe them both. Underneath sits 1298 in the Solar Hijri calendar, which is 1919 — the year Afghanistan regained control of its foreign affairs. This design was the national flag from 2004 until 2021.
