Bangladesh Swallowtail Banner Stickers (2-Pack) – Gold Rod Pennant images
Hanging banners like this one decorate halls, stages and shop fronts across Bangladesh on 16 December, Victory Day, when the country marks the end of the 1971 Liberation War. This sticker prints that banner in full: a horizontal rod with gold arrowhead tips at both ends, the deep green cloth falling in soft vertical folds, the red disc of the flag in the centre, and a single swallowtail notch cut into the bottom hem.
The vertical format is the point. Where a normal flag sticker is wider than it is tall, this one hangs, so it fits a door, a window pillar, the side of a fridge, a locker, a wardrobe or the long edge of a laptop lid. It is one of a family of Bangladesh hanging banners in this range that differ only in the shape of the hem; this is the swallowtail.
Printed in full colour on glossy vinyl and cut round the rod and cloth with a narrow white border. Two identical stickers per pack, so a pair can hang either side of a doorway.
