Bangladesh Straight Banner Stickers (2-Pack) – Flat Hem Hanging Flag

SKU: 107-028826
The Bangladesh flag hung as a plain vertical banner: a rectangle of folded green cloth with the red disc in the upper half, a straight flat hem at the bottom and a rod with gold arrow tips across the top. The simplest of the hanging banners here. Two full-colour printed stickers per pack.

This is the banner for a door panel, a locker, a fridge side or the tall edge of a laptop lid, anywhere a vertical rectangle fits better than a landscape flag. The Bangladesh flag hangs straight down from a rod with gold arrow tips, the green cloth falling in gentle vertical folds, the red disc sitting in the upper half, and the hem cut dead straight, with no notch, point or scallop.

Of all the hanging banners in this range this is the plainest and the most formal, closest to the banners hung on government buildings and school gates for Independence Day on 26 March. If you want a decorative hem, the swallowtail, zigzag, rounded and tattered versions sit alongside it.

The flag was adopted on 17 January 1972; the green is for the land and the red disc for the sun over Bengal and the sacrifice of 1971. Printed in full colour on glossy vinyl and cut round the rod and cloth with a narrow white border. Two identical stickers per pack.

  • Preset sizes 5–50cm or 2–20in, custom sizes up to 120cm
