Barbados Flag Gold Rosette Stickers (2-Pack) – Serrated Seal, Ribbons images
A rosette, like the ones pinned to a winning horse or a show-car bonnet: a gold badge with a serrated, cog-like outer edge, a glossy round disc in the centre carrying the ultramarine and gold bands of the Barbados flag with the black broken trident, a highlight sweeping across the disc, and two gold ribbon tails hanging from the bottom.
The serrated edge sets it apart from the plain round medal in this range, and the all-gold finish makes it the brightest of the circular badges. It suits a trophy cabinet, a car-show entry, a helmet, a cricket bag, a laptop lid or a phone case, and it reads well small because the disc fills most of the shape.
The trident has three prongs for government of, for and by the people, and its shaft was broken to mark independence on 30 November 1966. Printed in full colour on glossy vinyl and cut round the serrations and ribbons with a narrow white border. Two identical stickers per pack.
