Sugar built Barbados, and the windmill in this skyline is the reminder: for three centuries the island's cane was crushed by wind, and a restored mill still turns in the parish of St Andrew. Around it, drawn in deep purple silhouette, stand a lighthouse and palms at the left end, a run of towered and arcaded buildings of the kind that line Bridgetown's historic centre, a memorial arch to the right and more palms to finish, with BARBADOS printed in white capitals along the base.
The strip is far wider than it is tall, which suits the bottom edge of a laptop lid, a car's rear window, the top of a monitor, a notebook cover or a thin band of wall above a desk. Bridgetown and its garrison have been a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011, so there is plenty of history in the shapes.
Printed in full colour on glossy vinyl and cut round the roofline with a narrow white border, so every spire and palm frond keeps its outline. Two identical stickers per pack.
