Barbadian Quality Shield Label Stickers (2-Pack) – Flag and Text images
A tall shield with a thick black border, a white ground, the Barbados flag across the top and two lines of lettering below: BARBADIAN in heavy black capitals, QUALITY in a lighter weight beneath. The shield has a slight point at the bottom and a shallow curve at the top, like the outline of a pennant.
Its upright format makes it the quality label in this range for narrow spaces, such as the side of a product box, the corner of a shop window, a jute bag, a laptop's edge or a delivery van door. It is also the only one of the five that says Barbadian rather than Made in Barbados, which suits services as well as goods: a restaurant, a tailor, a rum shop, a tour company.
The flag is the one adopted on 30 November 1966, ultramarine for sea and sky, gold for sand and the broken trident for independence. Printed in full colour on glossy vinyl and cut round the shield with a narrow white border. Two identical stickers per pack.
