Baptists are a hardcore band from Vancouver whose records Bushcraft (2013) and Bloodmines (2014) came out on Southern Lord, the label behind Sunn O))) and a long list of heavy, fast and ugly bands. Their logo looks like it was cut from paper with a blunt knife: BAPTISTS in rough capitals with uneven stroke weights, a lopsided A, a T with a crossbar that overshoots, and an S that looks snapped in the middle.

That hand-cut quality is what the decal preserves. It is cut from a single colour of vinyl exactly to the ragged letter shapes, with no background and no tidying, so it looks like the record sleeve rather than a typeset version of it. It suits a guitar or bass case, a drum hardware case, a pedalboard, a laptop lid, a skateboard or the window of a tour van.

The lettering is heavy enough to apply at any preset size. Choose from 19 vinyl colours; black and white are the band's own palette.

What You Get

  • 2 die-cut vinyl stickers per pack
  • Preset sizes 10–55cm or 4–21in, custom sizes up to 120cm
  • 19 colour options

Applied using transfer tape for a clean, flat finish, and removes cleanly without leaving residue.
